Photography, Video & Audio

Much of the CAG event is filmed and recorded (hereinafter “recordings”) by our staff photography team and audio staff. Others bring their smart devices and cameras as well. Your attendance indicates your agreement and consent that you may be the subject of said recordings and event documentation. If you wish to NOT BE INCLUDED in these recordings, please note that you should bring this request to the attention of the staff and every effort to exclude you will be made, however that is not a guarantee that you will be avoided in every situation. Also, your presence as a staff member, guest or attendee is automatically construed to be your complete consent that your image and recordings may be used for promotion, products sales and more and this usage is granted by you by that fact that you ARE at the CAG event. ONLY CAG and CAG’s official team may use said images for promotions and product sales. NO STAFF PERFORMING ARTIST, GUEST OR ATTENDEE may use images from the event without permission from CAG. An exception to this would be that casual use for personal sharing on social media will be fine without permission. Simply use discretion for any social media postings and avoid posting any content that might embarrass or compromise others.

Right to Refuse Service

The California Autoharp Gathering reserves the right refuse service to anyone at CAG’s own discretion. This includes obtaining help for forceful legal removal of any person(s) in the event of cause due to unacceptable behavior. NOTE: There has NEVER been an incident where this policy has been implemented. Even so, it is stated and included in this published policy for the safety and protection of all persons at a CAG event.
