Christine Olson

Christine Olson is a singer/songwriter and instrumentalist who exclusively plays diatonic autoharps.  She is the 2027 recipient of the Cohen/Grappel Recording Endowment and will be releasing a CD of her original songs, “The Traveler”, in June of 2027.  Christine has been performing with the Triangle Folk Ensemble since its inception in 2009 and has been a finalist at the Mountain Laurel Autoharp Contest, winning 3rd place in 2024.  She is a founding member of the Triangle Autoharp Circle in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area of North Carolina and is the chair of the Mary Lou Orthey Scholarship Committee for the Mountain Laurel Autoharp Gathering.
