Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so by email or telephone. You will be refunded your total amount minus a $25 cancellation fee up to May 1, 2011. Cancellations after May 2, 2011 to May 15, 2011 will be made up to 50% of your payment. There are no refunds available on or after May 16, 2011.

The registration requires TWO (2) parts. Please complete both Part 1 and Part 2.

General Information:

All registrations to the California Autoharp Gathering include your full festival registration and complete meal plan at the St. Nicholas Ranch. The meal plan includes seven meals, from Friday's lunch through Sunday's lunch. Also included in your registration is access to EVERY concert, all of the workshops, your own "CAG program" (rich with complete schedules, tons of music, miles of training tips, and more!). Also included in your registration is the CAG Barn Dance (with live music), all jam sessions with the Gathering's artists and staff, full St. Nicholas Ranch facility us (pool, nature walks, Monastery tour, dining room for 24 drink service, light snacks, parking areas, and lounging areas).

Part 1: Gathering Registration

Non-Participating Spouse Plan
Adult (guest/spouse) – no meals – CAMPSITE ONLY (and restrooms) – no festival access whatsoever

We do not provide a babysitting service at the event. Children at this age group MUST be accompanied by their parent or guardian and MAY NOT participate in the Youth Programs.

Children (ages 8-17) Youth Activity Program:
The supervised Youth Activity Program allows you to enjoy the CAG while your young ones join our student groups with fully staffed and supervised camp activities (music workshops & instruments [included], hiking, dancing, swimming [supervised, please do not allow your child to swim if they are uncomfortable in the pool], entertainment, …and much more)

One-day passes:
You may participate at the CAG for just one or two days. This option covers both registration and meals. You will not have an on-site lodging option.

Thursday, May 19 arrival:

Early arrival on Thursday, May 19 is available to festival participants. There will be no scheduled events on this day, however, it is a perfect day for travel to the Ranch, set-up your overnight accommodations, meeting and greeting, and jamming with friends. The Ranch will have three additional meals available for early arrivals (Thursday lunch, Thursday dinner, and Friday breakfast). The cost for early arrival is $60 per person, which includes all three meals and your overnight accommodations. The cost is the same no matter what time you arrive on the Thursday (Ranch rules).

Part 2: Lodging

B. On-site – Motel Style Private Rooms: SOLD OUT
Each private room can accommodate 2 to 4 occupants. There are no private rooms for one person only. If you are registering a group and wish to choose this option, please indicate in the comments box your request for more than one private motel-style lodging room. Each room includes its own private restrooms and shower. These rooms are nice!

C. On-site – Dorm Style Bed:
This is a great option for indoor accommodations at a good price. Each dorm room has a large indoor restroom/shower area. You are responsible to secure your own valuables. The dorm rooms are gender-based.

D. On-site – Campground Option:
Primitive RV or Tent camping (no hookups). There are large areas of open land for RV parking and for camping. Remember we are at the foot of Kings Canyon National Park and it's delightful for overnighting outdoors. There are no hookups (water, power, sewer), so you will (need to) be self-contained. Indoor restrooms, showers, and other Ranch facilities ARE included. Camping can be a very enjoyable option and it's adjacent to the Gathering area.
