Setting under their gray caps of evening
Are the Foothills of the Sierras so high

As the Music goes softly reeling
Surrounding You and I

This must be likened to Heaven
For what else could it be?

Surrounded by kindred spirits
With music dancing on every breeze

The Digger Pines and California Oaks
Old Timey Music and Kindly Folks

Surely God has blessed us
With this glimpse of “What will be!”

For this truly seems like Heaven to me!

Beneath this night sky dome
Nothing could ever go wrong

Not with the grassy knolls
And the gullies are awash with song!

Nestled far from our “Worlds of Care”
Is this “Holy Place” filled with the way things should forever be!

In our hearts we’ll see each face overflow
With the feeling that “Now We Know” just how Heaven will be!

In this life time of Music and Laughter
These times we’ve shared are filled with memories to last forever after!
